@notshenetworks Yes. Wells Fargo did this to me two days ago. Password stopped working out of the blue. I reset it, MFA worked and then it wouldn't let me log in with the new password. Then I went to reset it again to the same thing and it wouldn't let me use a previous password. 🤦♂️

@notshenetworks Also work on a web based app and out auth is a separate micro service. When we have issues with queuing, accounts do not sync between systems. It's a very common problem
